Whether you have your first trial lesson next week or have been in the business for years: here you will find the material you actually use. Not show items, but gloves, bandages, shin guards, and mouthguards that will survive a season of sparring.

Where do you start as a beginner?

For your first lessons, you need three things: boxing gloves, bandages, and a mouthguard. Our Boxing Starter Pack includes them together, which is more cost-effective than buying them separately. If you're going to do kickboxing or Muay Thai, shin guards will soon be added, because your shins are not yet used to contact in the beginning.

What size gloves?

As a guideline: up to 60 kg 10 oz, 60 to 75 kg 12 oz, 75 to 90 kg 14 oz, and above 16 oz. If you mainly train on the bag, choose something lighter. If you spar a lot, choose heavier: that's more pleasant for your training partner and for your own hands.

Why bandages under your gloves?

Your hand consists of dozens of small bones and tendons. Bandages keep them in place and absorb sweat, keeping your gloves fresh longer. Our cotton wraps are 2.5 meters long with a thumb loop and velcro, so you can tighten them yourself.
