Collection: Yoga & Pilates

Yoga and Pilates require little equipment, but the equipment you do use must be reliable for every session. A mat that doesn't slip, blocks that don't collapse, and socks that give you grip on a smooth floor.

Which mat is right for you?

If you mainly practice gentle forms like Hatha or Yin, a thicker mat will be more comfortable for your knees and hips. For dynamic styles like Vinyasa or power yoga, a thinner, firmer mat is better, as it allows you to feel more connected to the floor in standing poses.

Blocks: cork or EVA?

Cork is sturdy, natural, and provides grip, even with sweaty hands. It weighs a bit more and is less soft if you sit on it. EVA foam is lighter and softer, which is convenient if you take the blocks to the studio or place them under your back for supported poses.

And the Pilates ring?

The magic circle provides resistance to your inner thighs, arms, and chest without you having to lift anything heavy. It's quiet, small, and works well in an apartment where your neighbors don't want to hear clanking weights.
