Working at STRYKR

STRYKR is growing. Not by a hundred people at once, but step by step. We are looking for people who want to build something themselves and who don't wait for someone to tell them what to do.

What kind of people are we looking for?

You don't have to be a top athlete, but an affinity for sports helps. More importantly, you take initiative, finish things, and enjoy working in a small team where you do a little bit of everything.

These are the areas in which we regularly look for people:

  • Content and video - shooting and editing short videos for TikTok, Reels and YouTube. Being in front of or behind the camera is allowed, but not required.
  • Social media - managing channels, building community, responding to comments and DMs.
  • Customer service - answering emails, handling returns, solving problems before they become complaints.
  • E-commerce and marketing - advertisements, email marketing, SEO and conversion.
  • Logistics - packing and shipping, as soon as we take full control of this.

  • Who you are and what you're looking for, in a few sentences. No standard cover letter needed.
  • What you're good at, preferably with something you've created or done.
  • How many hours you're available and from when.

You will receive a response within five working days. Even if it's a no, because that's more helpful than silence.

We will store application data for a maximum of four weeks after the procedure has been completed, unless you give us permission to store it for longer.
